Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and downloading digital products from mayk studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete your purchase.

Digital Products Covered

These terms apply to all digital downloads including:

• Art tutorials

• Color swatch charts and mixing guides

• Drawing templates and grids

• Kids' art activities

• Tutorial bundles

• Any other downloadable digital content
  
  

License and Usage Rights

All digital products are licensed for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal creative projects.

You MAY:

• Download and save the files to your personal devices

• Print the files for your own use as many times as you like

• View the files on personal devices (iPad, tablet, computer, phone)

• Share photos of artwork you've created using our tutorials on social media (we'd love to be tagged @maykstudioau!)
  
  

You MAY NOT:

• Share, distribute, or transfer the digital files to anyone else

• Post the files online or on file-sharing platforms

• Sell, resell, or redistribute the digital products in any form

• Use the tutorials or templates for commercial purposes or teaching without written permission

• Copy, reproduce, or plagiarize the content

• Modify and resell the digital files

• Print copies to sell or give away

• Use the content to teach classes or workshops without authorization
  
  

Delivery

• Digital downloads are available for download after payment is processed

• Downloads are accessible for a limited time after purchase (typically 30 days), so please download your files promptly

• It is your responsibility to save and back up your files
  
  

No Physical Products

IMPORTANT: You are purchasing digital downloads only. No physical products will be shipped to you. All products are delivered electronically.

File Formats and Compatibility

• Most products are provided in PDF format

• Files are compatible with standard devices and software

• Minimum requirements: PDF reader software (free options available)

• We recommend downloading files on a computer before transferring to mobile devices
  
  

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

Exceptions:

• If you experience technical issues preventing download, contact us within 48 hours of purchase

• If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, contact us immediately

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• We reserve the right to invoice you for each unauthorized copy distributed

• We may pursue legal action for copyright infringement

Technical Support

We provide reasonable technical support for:

• Download issues within 48 hours of purchase

• Corrupted or damaged files

• Questions about accessing your purchase
  
  

We do not provide:

• Tutorial instruction or art lessons via email

• Software troubleshooting (e.g., how to use your PDF reader)

• Device-specific technical support

Product Descriptions

• Tutorial completion times vary by individual
